Professor Frank Roche
Chairperson

Professor Frank Roche is the Deputy Principal of UCD College of Business and Law, which encompasses UCD Michael Smurfit School of Business. Professor Roche holds the Berber Family Professorship of Entrepreneurship. He completed his PhD at Michigan State University and currently leads the Entrepreneurship course on the MBA at Smurfit School. Professor Roche works with the NOVA Innovation Centre at UCD.

He is a member of the Small Business Forum which is reviewing the needs of the SME sector in Ireland and has now almost completed its work He is also Chairman of McIver Consulting and is Vice Chairman of the Dublin Business Innovation Centre. He has worked with the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment and he has extensive experience of working in the areas of entrepreneurship and industrial policy at all levels.
